Over the past few weeks, we have seen an increased number of patients not attending their booked COVID-19 vaccination appointment. It’s fantastic to see the success of the “Grab A Jab” campaign and so many taking up the vaccine in our walk-in clinics. We would however like to politely remind patients, that in the event of you needing to rearrange your booked appointment, or if you have attended a walk-in clinic prior to your booked appointment – that you cancel via the NHS booking system. If you booked your vaccination appointment through the NHS booking system, simply go to https://www.nhs.uk/book-a…/do-you-have-an-nhs-number and click “Manage My Booking” OR you can phone 119, between 7am – 11pm.If you have any queries regarding your appointment, you can reach the team via our helpdesk, at nimbuscare.help.desk@nhs.net
